Terms of use
Ongapi is a hosted API that normalizes marketplace orders for developers. These terms cover the website, console, and /v1 API.
Accounts
You need an account to receive API keys. Keep test and live keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your keys and for the webhook URL you configure.
Plans
Sandbox is free and uses the mock adapter. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) raise live-connection and monthly order caps shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Until Stripe live mode is enabled, checkout uses Stripe test mode and does not charge a real card.
Marketplace connections
Live Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada connections are in beta until that platform's partner credentials are enabled for the environment. While fixtures are on, authorize and order ingest use the mock adapter. Ongapi does not provide a seller packing desk, listings, or inventory tools.
Acceptable use
Do not probe other tenants, scrape marketplace credentials, or send unlawful content through webhooks. We may suspend keys that threaten the service or other customers.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Order reads stay available when outbound webhooks are paused for plan limits. These terms are not legal advice.
